Matchmaker Service This "match-making service" allows clients who are looking for an Associate, a Principle, a Locum or a Practice (either buying or selling) to place their adverts, at no charge, in our quarterly newsletter and our web-site. As we act for so many dentists, we can often put you in touch, in just a phone call, with a prospective practice for sale, someone looking to buy a practice, associate placement or practice for an associate to work in. 2009 ¨A client is looking for a minimum three surgery practice, preferably with some NHS. Freehold preferred but not essential. Funds available so quick purchase possible. ¨Nottingham - Well established single surgery dental practice for sale. Freehold, detached house, so room for expansion. Denplan/ Private only, gross fees in excess of £170.000. Offers in the region of £350.000. ¨A client is looking to buy an NHS or private practice within the London or Greater London area. It must have 3 or more surgeries and have the freehold included. ¨A client is looking to buy a private practice in the Hertfordshire/ Buckinghamshire/London area. It should ideally have two or more surgeries. Freehold preferred. ¨ Predominantly NHS Freehold practice for sale in a largely private area (Purley). Two surgeries and one hygienist surgery with definite room for expansion on the second floor on which three spare rooms are available. Still in process of being valued so not yet on the market to the general public. Seller undecided as to whether he will sell the freehold or leasehold.
