A little bit about me!

I started training as a Chartered Accountant in 1982 with a small four partner firm in South London. Feeling the need to gain experience in corporate work, I then moved up to a top 40 firm in the West End.

I became an affiliate member of the ICAEW and joined Mac Kotecha & Company as a partner in 1994, where I took responsibility for all Corporate and non dental clients, with a view to successfully growing the general practice.

During my 35 plus years in practice, I have gained significant experience in all areas of accounting and taxation as well as business development and advisory work. Over the past few years I have concentrated more on medical professionals like pharmacists, consultants and opticians; as well as graphic designers and IT consultants, but I tend to leave the dentists to Mac and Priya!

Outside of the office, I am a family man who enjoys spending time with my family and travelling. I also love watching my beloved Liverpool FC when time permits.

The Future

Where do I personally want to see Mac Kotecha and Company go in the future? I want us to become known by business and fellow practitioners alike as The Practice who broke the trend and helped change how businesses viewed their Accountant.
